On your carb-controlled days Dr. Jonny would like you to focus on the vegetables listed in the Blueprint. These veggies (primarily leafy greens, cruciferous, & sulfur based) have been shown to be excellent for detoxification. If you'd like, you can add in other non-starchy vegetables such as all the lettuces, green beans, asparagus, etc. Please steer clear of any starchy veggies such as winter squash during the carb-controlled days but you may have them on your carb feast nights.
