I’m not experiencing muscle soreness after my workouts. Do I need to push harder?

Muscle soreness after a workout is not necessary to have gotten the benefits. Some workouts will cause more soreness than others. The better shape your body and metabolism gets into the faster your body will recover and the less soreness you will have. Provide tips for muscle soreness: Drink plenty of water, take Epsom salt baths (relieves soreness, detoxifies and is very relaxing).
