I’ve noticed that I am normally getting through only 3 sets of 4. Is this creating an imbalance?

This does mean that one side of your body is being worked out more than the other. Dr. Jade recommends that you switch up your starting point so that you create more balance. Another benefit of doing this is that we often favor one side of our body so you are challenging the other side by changing which leg or arm you start with.
