If you are a beginner, you may not be able to keep up with the trainers. That’s okay. Just do the best you can. If you only do one pushup, while the trainers do ten, that’s okay. If you find they are off to the next movement and you have only just gotten up off the ground from the last one, just pick up where they are. You are not meant to keep up with the trainers necessarily. Just do what you can within your fitness level.
