What do I do to help my sore muscles?

Working out itself can actually reduce muscle soreness. So go ahead and do the workouts, even if you are sore. It is liable to help reduce the pain. Other things you can do include:

  • A hot bath in Epsom salt
  • Foam rolling
  • Walking
  • Light yoga

There are also topical analgesic products on the market that can help. Tiger balm is an example.
