I am not experiencing muscle soreness after my workouts. Do I need to push harder?

Not necessarily. The amount of muscle soreness a person experience post workout is extremely individualized. Muscle soreness itself is not an indicator of how effectively the program is working. As long as you “Push Until You Can’t, Rest Until You Can” you should be good to go. Of course, your body measurements are also a good indicator.
