Yes. If you are very hungry and need a snack between meals that’s fine. A handful of almonds, a piece of fruit, or a naked shake (just whey powder and water) are all great options. Some people do. Just keep checking SHMEC and tracking your results. As long as you are burning fat and SHMEC is in check, adding a snack to the program is just fine.
